trouble loggin in with okta verify
I'm trying to login to our accoutns admin mode, this used to work, but since we added the okta verify, it's now asking me for a okta verify code, however when i go to my mobile okta verify app, there is no organization there. i tried to add a organization and now it's asking me for a qr code, where do i get this qr code?
i tried to go to my user profile, then setting, to find a qr code, but it's also asking me for the okta verify code.

Seems like the okta verify didn't added to your account properly. You can re-register by following the below steps,
if the okta verify added success in Okta, you should get code from okta verify before. maybe it is in another phone or removed by mistake. If you cam't find it you should reset it.
