AD Group OU not importing

AD Group OU not importing. Users are importing just fine. I am selecting To Okta - Integration - Provisioning. Under Import Settings, I've checked the OU I want under Group OUs connected to Okta. When I select full import now, I see 139 users scanned and O groups scanned.

    If the proper OU is checked(hit "save" after checking the box), the only other thing I can think of is if those groups are "Universal Security Groups". In order to import those, you need to enable "Universal security group support" under Directory Integrations → <desired AD name> → Provisioning → "To Okta" . 

    ⚠️ But if you did not have it enabled before, I recommend checking what other groups might be pulled into Okta before making the change.

    Hi Mihai,

     

    Thanks for the response. It is just a Global Security Group with numerous other groups underneath if that makes a difference.

      Hmm... the only other thing I can think of, might be a replication issue. For example, if you have multiple AD servers and the Groups were recently added to the environment, the AD agent only pulls data from one server and if that particular server chosen by the agent for data sourcing hasn't been updated, then no new groups are imported.

      That being said, if this issue persists, I recommend opening a case to work with one of my Support Team colleagues and get to the bottom of things.
