We have a public-facing system where we need to be able to evaluate a password change to see if it has been used within the last X number of times (per Okta password policy). We need a way to return this evaluation prior to submitting the password change so we can handle it in our system and display a message to the user.

At this time there is no such feature for your request, however you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
