Did Okta set up our account wrong?

We have been unable to set up SCIM provisioning and believe it may be that our Okta account has the wrong license/permission issues.

You can see in the recording below that some form items are missing in the provisioning section of our app.

Has anyone had a similar problem and how did you solve it?

    • Well, there was some information missing in the question. I have created the app using this trial account, and when creating there were all the options along with SAML 2.0 and other authentication options. Screenshot attached for better understanding.

But after the trial ended, there is no SAML option when creating a new app integration. Also there is no configuration to setup the SCIM anymore. Comparison screenshots are attached below.

      THEN:

      Options before trial endedNOW:

      Options after trial endedTHEN:

      SCIM configuraiton before

      NOW:SCIM configuration now

As far as I know, these options are available for free in a developer account which is free. If that is correct, can I somehow switch my account to a developer account?
