Test API Credentials verification fail - Setting up Org2Org

Hi team,

I'm trying to setup Org2Org app in my connected org and following the instructions here: https://help.okta.com/en-us/Content/Topics/Provisioning/org2org/org2org-integrate.htm I'm stuck at step 7. The provisioning setup is failing.

I have generated the API token in my hub (central org) and entered that Security token in my org2org app setup in the connected org. But the "Test API Credentials" is failing.

 

Is there anything I am missing?

    Was the token generated from a Super Admin? If not, could you try to generate one with a Super admin?

    Also, the admin account you are setting this app, does he have the right privileges to enable Provisioning?

    Can you also check the System log and see what information you have for this error? The System log should provide additional information on what could be the problem.

    For more information my spoke is a okta preview sandbox org and my hub (destination org) is a production okta org.

    Actually, the issue was my base URL under General settings of the Org2Org app was not pointing to the target org. It's working perfectly now. Thanks Paul, I will check for the logs next time, it will be easier to find the issue.
