See "One Time Verification Request" portion of: https://developer.okta.com/docs/concepts/event-hooks/

For Okta (And many other vendors with web/event hooks) they require verification that you own the endpoint you are attempting to deliver payloads to. For these vendors they have a specific process that must be used to prove you are the endpoint owner which typically require a response containing a specific subset of information.

In Okta's instance you need to respond with a body containing the value of x-okta-verification-challenge header in a JSON object "verification".

  • @TimL.58332 (Workflows) Referred the document thoroughly, but even now not able to verify the event hooks configured. I would like to discuss over a call, Please let me know if you can schedule the same.

@6ejro (6ejro) - This is a public forum open to responses by any Okta community member and is not a case tool. If you would like to communicate specifically with an Okta Support technician you will need to open a case.
