Cannot submit a ticket

When attempting to submit a case ticket, I'm unable to submit the case due to missing Okta Org. The "Select the Okta Org impacted by this issue" field is not populating with anything no matter what I put in there or attempt to search for.

The Org type is "oktapreview"
