Good day,
When a try to open a case I get the following message:
It looks like you are authenticated as a 'Community Only User'. Please logout and login using your Okta Administrator credentials to access this page
Developer account are not able to open cases anymore ?

Developer Free accounts would fall under the same policy as the WIC Free Trial accounts with the exception that for developer related questions we recommend leveraging the dedicated resources developer.okta.com and devforum.okta.com .
If you have a paid developer account and are experiencing issues with opening cases, please contact the Support team at (800) 219-0964.
