I just found out we've been being charged ~$500/month for our okta integration. We're not actually using okta. I can't figure out how to delete our account. It's not possible in my dashboard and I'm not allowed to "Open a case" here. I've called the 1-800 number and was told they can't do anything; I _have_ to use the okta help center.

Upon checking, I saw you have two tenants, both listed as free trial and Dev. I do not see a paid plan in our system.
Should you have a paid tenant open with a different email, please contact your Account Executive to help with cancellation.

This is embarrassing... turns out it was actually an invoice from auth0, which we are using.
