c63bc (c63bc) asked a question.

Windows 10 login

All accounts are AD sourced. Our environment is configured with WS federation in our o365 app in okta.

We enabled Okta/A D credentials to sign into a windows 10 device after joining it to azure AD as specified in the instruction document https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Enabling-Okta-Credentials-for-Windows-10-Login-with-Azure-AD-Join?language=en_US.

It works for 11 machine however it doesn't work for 10. The user is stuck on the sign in loop, it appears that the user logs in successfully and log back out right away.

Did we miss anything here?

Hi @c63bc (c63bc) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I haven’t been able to locate any similar reports. There are a few that mention issues with the setup but it boiled down to policy configuration. In your situation, you mention that it works for Windows 11, but not 10 so I’m not sure what might be wrong there.

The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.

If you already have a Support ticket open, then I recommend continuing the discussion with the assigned Technical Support Engineers. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.

If possible, when the situation is cleared, please return here and post the solution for anyone else in the Community who might be going through the same.

    Regards.
