I am having an issue with my Microsoft Office 365 (MFA) Application. Any users it detects are not automatically linked to the OKTA account that was previously created and this requires an admin to constantly check the import of the Application manually link the accounts. Bee Below (Please ignore the conflicts for now)
Believe that the issue stems from using an on-prem AD that sycns to Office 365. OKTA picks up the AD sync on a schedule and then sometime later OKTA will check Office to see if the user was imported into AD once it see that user in Office it sits in the que to be imported.
I am looking for a way to automate this process so when it sees a full or partial match to automatically assign to the OKTA user already created.

The best way to resolve this would be to adjust the settings on the Provisioning tab, the To Okta one and use the Partial match and use the email attribute as that should be mostly static.

Just to confirm, I enabled the Auto-confirm on Partial and Exact match's. I well see how this works.
