Okta - SAML 2.0 Integration with my ASP NET Application

I have an App created in ASP NET Framework 4.7, and I need to integrate my APP with the Client's OKTA/SAML2.0 authentication.

The client is asking me for the Assertion Consumer Service URL & the Service Provider Entity Id, so the Client can create access to my App under their Okta Panel.

But I'm a little confused where can I get an Assertion Consumer Service URL & the Service Provider Entity Id information?

Should I have to create an account on Okta.com as a developer and create the Identity Provider? This info works for how long? I mean if I create this info under a Deeloper Okta account can I use this info on a Production environment or how does this work?

Thanks, I'm new on this and I'm trying to understand everything.
