Hi,

I am trying to explore the okta. I am trying to import the AD users to Okta. My AD servers don't have the following attributes.

Are there any options available to import the users to Okta?

Also, I have added the above-mentioned attributes for one user, but when I try to import, I get the error below.

"email The field cannot be left blank."

Note: I can't make changes to existing AD user attributes. It requires major change, which is not feasible as of now.

What your username for okta login? samAccountName? please check the okta Default user profile and change the attribute to optional.
