NY.gov is impossible to reach - I setup only Okta's as MFA on my labor.ny.gov and now as my old iPhone is sold I cant log in. They require me to use MFA to change or add MFA and I don't know how to log in or ask them to remove the MFA so I could set it us again. Is there a way for me to do this? A log in URL to Ny.gov ? Please advise as the state is NOT answering their support lines

Labor.ny.gov is a government entity of NY State (I don't work for them. I need a service from them), so I need them to reset my mfa. I cant reach them because they don't answer. I was hoping Okta has a remedy or the URL that I should use or other solution...

While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider. In your case, the entity you had to set up the account with.
Please reach out to them so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
