We are performing our MFA migration from Okta to Microsoft EntraID, We have Added Microsoft as an IdP from option Security > Identity Provider. And added Microsoft IdP in Default Routing rule,
CURRENT FLOW : End user hits okta login URL and get redirected to Microsoft, for user authentication and prompted for Microsoft Authenticator as an MFA challenge (MFA is provided by Microsoft) after successful authentication end users lands on Okta Dashboard. As all of the user's application are present in Okta Dashboard is it possible to use the Microsoft Authenticator as an MFA for accessing application in okta dashboard from authentication policy or any other policy.

Hi @User1678947506509897697 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
The list of currently supported authenticators can be found the in the below article and the Microsoft Authenticator is not listed among them:
https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/content/topics/identity-engine/authenticators/about-authenticators.htm
That being said, I’ve seen mentions of people leveraging it via the Google Authenticator implementation but I can’t vouch for it and I can see how it might cause some confusion as well:

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
