Can not sign in Okta Dashboard when enable sync password

Dear team,

 

I have an portal developer: https://dev-61660892.okta.com/ and domain account: @ttsi.com.vn

First, I integrated okta with Active Directory.

After that, I enable sync password.

And then, I can not sign in to okta dashboard with any trying.

Please help me to check and guide me how to sign in.

    Hi! What are the logs indicating for the user that you are testing with? You should have at least one account that is "Okta Mastered" so that you can login and validate the logs for the user you are testing the Sync Password feature with. I will say that in my own experience, it is best to utilize Delegated Authentication if that is possible in your case, depending on your needs.

  • Thank you for your answer. But unfortunately, at first I registered an account with the email aphiep@ttsi.com.vn, which coincided with the AD domain I had integrated with. After I turned on password sync, I couldn't log in with that account and I thought it was also the master account. Do you have any other way for me to log in?
