We want to see Okta as scim service provider and see how we can provision users/groups from third party app or post man tok Okta using SCIM?
Does Okta provide any scim apis exposed for user creation /group creation using custom SAML?
We do not see any scim APIS exposed by Okta for user/Group creation and also any related documents to get SCIM url and token.
