After successful login, if we try to navigate a "restricted" page in the application, I keep getting this error. The user is successfully able to login but when checking if the user belongs to a group, I get this error. The token is still active and not expired. I wonder what's wrong.

Hello @SreenathU.92801 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
The problem could be in the access token that was created by an admin with a lower role or if the access token does not have the right privileges to give the user access to the desired page.
Have you tried to review the logs on the application side to see if there are any information on why the error is pop-ing up?
