Chiclet consolidation question

I have an older environment that has access switches (same make/model) that are not SAML capable. I currently have all of these switches added to OKTA as individual SWA chiclets. They take up a lot of real estate. Is there a way to consolidate these switches to a single chiclet that would, upon clicking, open to show a list of the switches to choose from?

Hi! As far as I am aware, this is not exactly possible as each chiclet/tile is seen as a dedicated application to Okta. There are some exceptions to this (i.e. AWS SSO) in which multiple things can be placed "behind" a single tile - but that is likely an exception, and due to the integrated app.

An alternative is that you could create a tab/section in the end-user Dashboard, Customizations > End-User Dashboard layout. This allows you to "group" or "consolidate" apps together to help clean-up the home page.

Please let me know if that helps, happy to answer any additional questions. Thanks!
