Cannot create apps from Okta CLI - 401 E0000015
I am following the Ktor Okta tutorial (https://developer.okta.com/blog/2020/10/19/ktor-kotlin*secure-your-ktor-application-with-okta) and am setting up the CLI. When I run the `okta apps create` command I get the error `HTTP 401, Okta E0000015 (You do not have permission to access the feature you are requesting)`. I am superadmin of the org so I am unsure how I do not have permission. I checked out the account features setting to see if maybe I need to turn something on. I turned on the Embedded Sign In Widget feature but that didn't seem to work. Is there something I am missing?
Hi! I would check a few things. First, ensure the API token itself was generated with an account that has the proper permissions as the token inherits the permissions of the creating account.
Second, please ensure that your call is referencing the correct auth server, and you would want to ensure that your call is referencing the correct url, meaning "https://dev-xxxx.okta.com/api/v1/apps" as an example.

Yes, the API is generated with my account which is the super admin. It is also referencing our domain as "company-name.okta.com"
