If you’re an Admin, access the Okta Support Center directly from your Okta Admin Console, click the help icon ‘?’ located at the top right hand side of the page and then ‘Help Center’.
If you’re a customer, you can sign in using your company SSO credentials after selecting ‘Continue with Okta Workforce Identity’.
