Hey everybody,
I have a Customization configured for my Okta account as sso.mydomain.com
It is successfully utilized for sign-ins and as the user-dashboard.
However the customization is not used in the send emails. So for example the activation emails are still being send in the default Okta-layout (blue and gray). I would like them to be send in my custom layout, which is already present under Brands > mydomain > Emails. The test-sends also contain the customization, but when I invite new users to the directory we are back to the default layout.
Any idea how I can change that? Please note I have NO custom email-domain configured. I only want to change the emails layout...

My "problem" is expected behaviour in Okta. E-Mails are always send from the default-brand. If you want to trigger them from a custom brand you have to use the API. In my case I create the users via the admin panel.
If you want customized emails in my scenario, you can change the design on the default brand.
That is how I solved it.
