Some users getting error as unable to login in Zscaler

Hi all,

 

While creating new user in the Active directory, its sync with OKTA and able to login in Zscaler.

Had disabled some users previously in Active Directory, now enabled them in AD.Now its showing in OKTA, but not able to login in Zscaler.Manually sync also done in both end.Kindly provide the suggestion.
