Hi,
We are using the SMS on OKTA to for Self-Service Password Reset
We are in the process to migrate and turn off SMS, but it looks like the feature will be disabled shortly.
We need more time: can you please extend the feature availability on our account for few month ?

I recommend that you contact your company's Account Executive or open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required). You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.
