    I know that this is not supported for Classic Okta and I don’t have a Duo license to test on OIE, but if you do have one, you can check under the Authenticators setup.   

     

    For example: 

    Google Authenticator supports it and it shows like this: 

    Google 

    FIDO for example does not support recovery: 

    Used
