Hi All,
I have an annoying issue where attributes from AD are not showing up in the profile page of a user. I have tried to remove and re-add, full imports but nothing seems to work. I have also followed the KB

This could be cause by the mappings for the attributes in question. Have you reviewed the mappings that the users has for the attributes?
To also narrow the issue the System Log could provide valuable information on the issue. Have you reviewed the System log when importing the user into Okta? Are there any errors presented during the import?
