Would like to know if there's a way to setup RSA Secure ID, without having to go over installing the Okta RSA agent.

probably I was not clear with my question. I came across the article you sent before I posted my question.
I would like to setup RSA Secure ID without an on-prem Agent. Basically, setting it up like any other MFA Software token (e.g. Google Authenticator etc...)

Short answer is no, as it is specified in the documentation above. You need to have the On-Prem MFA agent installed in order to setup RSA SecurIDs.
