We are seeing an issue when users passwords are reset in Okta, they then have issues accessing O365 apps and will get stuck in an infinite login.
In attempt to prevent this some automation was created to clear the current sessions for both Okta and Azure and revoke the refresh tokens. This will get prompt the users to re-sign in on the desktop o365 apps, and seemingly solves the issues for those. However the web apps will allow a sign in, and then drop an Unable to sign error, prompt to re-sign in and then get stuck in a login loop.
Looking in azure I can see the sign in attempts failure because the token was revoked. However I'm not sure why since an authenticated sign on happens initially
Anyone that could shed some light on a possible solution? Thanks in advance!
