A few users are having an issue with OKTA login page coming up blank on any office 365 app on the desktop. This happens right after the user changes their domain password. Office will ask them to re-sign. After clicking sign in, OKTA popup like normal with the blue loading circle for a second, then loads to a blank page and then close without authenticating. If the user login to office on the web, OKTA with no issue. It's only happening to a few user in the environment. I'm not an OKTA admin, just a Desktop Support tech. Brought this issue up to our OKTA admin, but they weren't able to help. I have spent several hours trying to find any solution to this issue and have come up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you ask the users to remove any saved passwords related to Microsoft Office in Windows Credential Manager (Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Credential Manager -> Windows Credentials).
