We have a Fileshare website on Okta which is manually added as a bookmark initially. Multiple users use this throughout the business but the auto save/password population prompt doesn't seem to be working for some people. When I replicate this and gain access, it prompts the password save option.
But when re-adding the website as a tile and signing in with the credentials, the users aren't prompted with the Okta password save option, and they have tried different browsers too. We have checked their Okta settings and it's showing that the function is active.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have checked the linked article and I can confirm that the site used does support SWA as the password prompt works for myself and the majority of my other colleagues, it's just a few of them which for whatever reason the password prompt doesn't show when accessing the site.
