We get reports from all geo regions and over the company that the Okta Mobile application (Android and iOS) has an issue with MS Outlook Emails and Calendar.
When a user clicks the Microsoft Tile for the application the Error shows up "too many HTTP redirects"
I could reproduce the issue on iOS 16 and iOS 17 devices.
No ts seems to work like cleaning cache restarting phone reinstalling OKTA etc. All other applications are working fine
Any one knows anything about?

if the okta setting is correct, I think you should contact MS support team and find out why it loop redirect. Okta integrate Microsoft by MS Federation, so other application of Microsoft work fine?
Commenting to increase viewership. We currently have the same issue and have just opened a support case, will update with any further info!
We're seeing the same as well.
One work around is to just use the browser
This has just started happening for us as well.
It is still happening as of 11/28/23
No reply from Microsoft as usual
Hi All,
We are experiencing the same issue on our iOS devices. I opened a ticket with Okta on 11/13/23 when we originally discovered this issue and support stated that they have been getting similar reports for iOS devices but not affecting android devices. They eventually told me to reach out to MS because it seems the issue is on their end because they haven't made any changes. I eventually created 3 tickets with Microsoft and no resolution at this point. As usual MS is now saying the issue lies with Okta.
Has anyone else submit ticket to highlight this is as it is not an isolated issue and it is affecting potentially all iOS customers?
We have the same issue here. Okta Mobile is not something we use regularly as most of our users have laptops, but iOS users have - the same problem. No issues with Android. Like Kareem MS and Okta are blaming each other.
My user reported that his issue resolved itself. He is not sure what changed, but it started working over the weekend.
Thank you for posting! I just checked and ours is working as well. Have not heard about resolution from Okta/MS yet.
We are having the same issue. Seems to be surrounded with iPhones, but works well on the iPad. Other applications within the application like PowerPoint and Word are unaffected. Only surrounding Outlook application from our observations.
