I am trying to get the list of users assigned to all applications and also need to schedule flow to update the list on a daily basis. Which cards can help me to achieve this?

You may want to reach out to your account team and discuss this use case and see what they recommend.
You can also open a support case and we can try and assist getting started. Depending on how many applications, users, etc you have this may cause system performance issues.
