Hi,
We want to use a method of MFA that can provide additional security when logging in to Administrative VM's with a Desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11). Ideally we would need an MFA solution that would be triggered by all types of Remote Login Types, for example RDP, console, powershell, wmi, rpc, netbios, etc.
Currently we use Okta MFA Credential Provider for Windows on a VM, which I believe only affects GUI logins (RDP or Console), therefore we cannot use this level of MFA due to the limited benefits.
We've identified the possibility of upgrading and using Okta Identity Engine. However, I can't seem to find any information as to whether this level of MFA supports GUI logins (RDP/Console as well as other remote login types.
Please can someone in the community confirm if remote login types such as powershell, ssh, wmi, rpc, and netbios are supported with Okta Identity Engine?
