How to configure SAML for PTC Windchill with Shibboleth
We are attempting to setup an SSO connection with PTC Windchill. We must use Shibboleth as a service provider in between Okta and PTC Windchill. We are receiving the following error when trying to connect:

Does anyone have experience setting up this environment?

The integration is mainly faulting on the PTC side, so this is the best I could find on the subject:
