Awesome! Looking forward to it!
Great - Where are we regarding RBAC? What can we do to prepare our structure (folders, flows) to ease adoption? Do you foresee multiple connectors to an app with different privileges as part of the design?
@MadsG.64551 (Norwegian Refugee Council) first round of RBAC is BETA in Q4. Looks like this will be new roles (subject to change: view, run, edit and delete for now) and more functionality to be added later.
Hey @MadsG.64551 (Norwegian Refugee Council) -
Long time no see! Nice hearing from you.
The first phase of RBAC for Workflows will be at the org level, so there shouldn't be any organizational changes necessary.
My understanding is that the second phase will be folder-level roles, with permissions granted at the root folder level. This is where flow organization will be key.
Hi @bryan.barrows1.5613819579051719E12 (Okta, Inc.) , thanks. Alas, I was unable to attend Oktane this year 😞
I'll join the Office Hours on Oct 31 to show and tell, maybe we'll connect there?
hope can select some action in one template and copy to another template. becuase some raw request action as seems. we can copy and change some setting not munually add it again.
and can add customer domain for workflow as okta dashboard. some application limit the domain which can connect, it only allow the domain which is customer owned. the third applicaiton is not allow.
@a0n5s (a0n5s) copy/paste is on the roadmap. We have not yet received the details though. Not sure if this will be for the same flow only or allow to copy/paste between flows
Workflows is custom domain aware since around October 2022. If this doesn't help, please feel free to open a support case for additional assistance
@a0n5s (a0n5s) -
I've seen some early-stage designs that would allow for the duplication of a card, but like AJ, don't have details on exactly when we might expect to see such a feature.
I'd encourage you to vote for this Okta Idea to stay tuned on updates and add your voice to the conversation: https://ideas.okta.com/app/#/case/130795
I voted this idea. this idea posted three ago. Not know which year will it available.
@a0n5s (a0n5s)
Unfortunately, I don't have any ETA details that I can share with you. Hopefully, we'll see something soon!
