LuccaC.16872 (Customer) asked a question.
Hello,
I have an application that my users use called "Aims".
This product is a sas that utilizes Citrix, a separate AD on AIMS side, and a application user database.
We would like to combine our AD with AIMS AD so our users can authenticate though Citrix with their AD account.
Currently our user do the following to access the app.
- login to our computer with our AD creds
- login to AIMs citrix webpage with Citirix creds
- login to AIMS app using Aims app creds
Is there a way that okta can integrate all or some of these logins to avoid multiple steps and issues on our end?
Thanks

Hi @LuccaC.16872 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
There is no out-of-the-box feature for this on the Okta side but if I understood your use case correctly, the following Citrix documentation seems to cover this type of implementation:
https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-cloud/citrix-cloud-management/identity-access-management/okta-identity.html
Article excerpt: "Subscribers sign in to workspaces from an Okta sign-in page, but they may have to authenticate a second time when opening an app or desktop from Citrix DaaS (formerly Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service). To enable single sign-on and prevent a second logon prompt, you need to use the Citrix Federated Authentication Service with Citrix Cloud. For more information, see Connect Citrix Federated Authentication Service to Citrix Cloud."
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
