Safari Plugin: We found some errors. Please review the form and make corrections

I am trying to use Okta Plugin, installed from Apple's Mac Store, and the most recent version of Safari. I can successfully log in on Okta's website and configure the extension. But, every time I try to log on any other configured system, the extension keeps ask me to verify using Okta FastPass, or Password, and, during the redirect loops, I can see the error: "We found some errors. Please review the form and make corrections". Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds?

Sorry If this was already discussed before, I couldn't find any before posting.

  • Hi @User16611443798154062323 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

    Please check the following:

    1. Open Safari Preferences
    2. Turn on the Okta Browser Plugin in Extensions. If you see another Okta Browser Plugin listed, turn it off.
    3. Once you have enabled the Okta Browser Plugin, click Always Allow On Every Website when prompted by your browser.

    • Thanks for the reply Mihai!

Unfortunately, didn't work. That is the only Okta Plugin Extension I have on Safari. I already tried to uninstall and clear the storage a couple of times too 😞

      • Understood. Then please open a case to work with one of our Support Engineers to get to the bottom of things.

The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting, if however, after working with the Support Team you do find a solution that can be shared here, please post it. It would be of great help for anyone else that might encounter the same issue.

        Regards.
