The directory-groups-memberships report has invalid data in all the timestamp fields. "36.13.0" for example, is not a timestamp. How does one get this data with valid RFC timestamps?

I have downloaded the report on my end as well and using Excel I have the same format. This is how Excel shows the data which you should be able to change to format to show the exact timestamp. Opening the file with Google sheet, will show the timestamp properly.
