Locked out of dev admin account and cannot reset password

I lost the password to my newly created Dev account and now cannot login. I am the only Super Admin and in fact the only user so I cannot contact anyone else to reset my password. When I attempt to reset my password with the 'Forgot password?' link, the verification e-mail I receive asks me to contact an administrator. I also cannot open a support case since when I try to open a case for my specific dev account it asks me to login...and I can't. I even tried e-mailing support@okta.com but apparently that e-mail address is no longer used. This is a new account I created to be able to post this question since when I tried to post a question with my existing Dev account it asked me to login. Which I can't.

 

Is there anyway to resolve this apparent catch-22?

    Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, I would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organisation to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to the Okta Support team.
