Actor ID system@okta.com
To whom it may concern,
We have recently been observing the OKTA logs and have noticed some recent changes. We are seeing when User accounts are created within OKTA, we have an “Actor ID” and “Target ID”. The “Actor ID” is always the same account system@okta.com and the “Target ID” is the new user account that is added. I just wanted to make sure that this was normal inside of OKTA to use this “Actor ID” to create new user accounts. Thank you for your time and help.
