fogax (fogax) asked a question.
Hello,
We are using OKTA IdP with an SAP/Neptune Mobile application.
We pass AD credentials to OKTA in the first request using POST method with request URL : domain.okta.com/api/v1/authn.
This request returns response with status MFA_REQUIRED, and token variable is set (data.stateToken).
Then, the second GET request is made to the following URL:
Request URL: https://domain.okta.com/login/sessionCookieRedirect
data.token = data.stateToken
data.redirectURL = HTTP-POST End-Point URL (ends in /sso/saml)
data.checkAccountSetupComplete = false.
Until yesterday, we were able to find an HTML element "appForm" populated correctly in the response of the second request.
Suddently, the "appForm" HTML tag has disappeared in the response, and now we are seeing an error show up in the response: "You are using an unsupported browser. "
We can confirm that nothing has changed with respect to our application source code as well as the IdP configuration.
A few response online point towards MFA configuration, but we can't explain why the app has stopped working suddenly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
