Configure "Okta Verify" in new mobile device when you no longer have access to old mobile device where it's configured

Configure "Okta Verify" in new mobile device when you no longer have access to old mobile device where it's configured. Now all Okta verify authenticationis sent to old device and not able to configure same in new device.

    You could either add the new device from the Dashboard or by Bluetooth, if you still have access to the old device.

    Should you have access to neither, please get in touch with your company’s/service provider’s Helpdesk or IT department so they can help with the enrollment of the new device.

    yes, as @User16594883467582706479 (Customer Support Online Experience)​ told contact helpdesk team who can reset your MFA or contact Okta support and let they reset your MFA.
