lbjkr (lbjkr) asked a question.
Is there a way to open Salesforce with Safari on the iPad or iPhone by using the OKTA Mobile App?
We would like to login to OKTA Mobile and then, when clicking on the Salesforce link to be redirected to the Safari Browser and not the internal Webviewer, because the Webviewer is not supported by Salesforce and shows the old classic interface.
Of course, we can do the login the other way around, but our users find that kind of awkward. Is there any solution for that? Thank you for your reply!

Hi @lbjkr (lbjkr) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
There currently is no functionality for this.
Typically I would have recommended submitting a Feature Enhancement request but
moving forward Okta Mobile is not supported on OIE (Okta Identify Engine) and gradually all Okta Classic orgs will be migrated to OIE, so I'm expecting Okta Mobile to be phased out.
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
