How to automate access reviews?

Looking for ways to automate access reviews so we can do them as frequently as needed for different groups (i.e. managers, application owners, etc.). Right now, there doesn't seem to be a clear and obvious way other than manual report creation. Would think this would be an obvious tool for us to be able to utilize but I may not be looking in the right place or using different terminology than Okta uses.
