Hi @User16826656035831702636 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Check your device to confirm that these conditions are met:

    A) The device time and time zone are set to Automatic. If they are already set to Automatic, restart your device to allow your device time to sync.

    B) Your network connection is stable.

    C) Okta Verify notifications are turned on.

    D) The latest version of Okta Verify is installed on your device.

    E) Ensure that battery optimization settings don’t restrict Okta Verify from functioning.

For more troubleshooting tips, see the documentation at https://help.okta.com/okta_help.htm?type=eu&id=csh-ov-user-trbl

That being said, while Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.

Please reach out to your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
