On the new Okta Identity Engine For the Okta Verify App we are unable ti disable the Send Push Notification option on the Policy level and force the app to generate a secret key after the can't scan the QR code step. This is configurable on the tenant level however if we disable it in that level then we are depriving rest of users to have the Push Notification Option.
Can you please assist by sheding some light on that matter? Or if there is an option for that in the new okta engine on the tenant configuration, could you help me with the relevant documentation? Thanks in Advance!

Okta Verify Push configuration is currently limited at tenant level.
Typically I would have recommended submitting a Feature Request for this but I was able to track down a few preexisting ones. I'll drop the links below. Please upvote them to increase their visibility/popularity and with that chances of implementation.
