Hi.
We are using Okta for a shared account for a service called agora.io.
I set it up with a single user name and password but when I go to the service sign in page it doesnt autofill (even though I have the Okta extention installed and it is prompting me to sign in via okta).
How can I get this fixed?

I know , I am asking about a shared account which from my understanding should just autofill the account details to the email and password fields when someone tries to sign in . I am saying that it simply does not work for their site.
Can that be fixed?
