Hello! I'm logged in to my new Okta account provided by my client, and I can see the platforms I should have access to (canva, Instagram, etc), but when I attempt to access them, I find myself logged into my own personal accounts on these pages. I've never used Okta before and unfortunately my client is in a different time zone so I'm having some difficulty getting input from them. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Hi Danielle, I am sensing your client set up the applications with the "SWA" protocol, in that case, you have to log out of your own accounts first. "SWA" means that once you click 'Instagram' for example, the Okta plugin fills in the account credentials for you, and logs you in automatically. But because you are already logged in, the "SWA" way of logging in, is not effective.
Can you verify the following:
Does this solve your problem?
If your client would set up Single Sign On via SAML for example, for the applications that are provided, this issue should not occur, even if you're already logged in with your own account.
Hi Ruben,
Thanks for this. I tried in incognito mode to get around my own logins; in that case, I just got blank login fields on Instagram.
