Identity Engine Upgrade - Preview Environment
Hi all,
Regarding the Identity Engine upgrade process, I assume if we upgrade our 'Preview' environment, this won't have any impact on our production environment and will allow us to test/make changes prior to going through the upgrade on production?
The only documentation I have found is at the following URL where it mentions the preview environment is as follows, but the wording didn't come across as absolute: "In most cases, you can upgrade your org’s preview environments first and test the changes with users."

Hi! Yes, that is totally correct. I have upgraded my own Preview environment and it has had zero impact on my productions ops. Please do take that opportunity to note if anything changes for your users or test cases before upgrading your prod org. I have had no issues so far with my upgrade in preview however. Good luck!
