We do not see any flow history of the helper running (saving data for flow history is enabled), but I wanted to know if there is a report or even an easy way to see if any of our workflows are still set up to call on a helper flow before I regret disabling it.

Not an answer, but more info (since I can't edit the original post): Ideally there would be a button like the "Usage" one for Connections. But even a report of some kind would be helpful.

I've confirmed with my Workflows colleagues that unfortunately there currently is no such option.
You can suggest it as a Feature Enhancement on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
